1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the consumable and edible nature of our products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• The product is leaked or broken
• You received the wrong product
• The package was tampered with at the time of delivery

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect order placed by the customer.

2. Return Request Timeframe

• Any return or refund request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Approval & Pickup

• Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide further instructions.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for the return to be accepted.

5. Refund Process

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed if approved.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• The refund amount will reflect the product price paid at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

8. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• If canceled successfully, the refund will be processed as per our refund timeline.

9. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Opened or partially used products
• Damage caused due to improper handling or storage
• Requests made after the allowed return period
